Five months to the elections and we still don't know if the Electoral Act will be amended or not or if the constitutional amendments are valid without Presidential assent since there's an appeal (What's the big deal?). As a result parties cannot set dates for their primaries and instead of issues some are still promoting ethnicity above merit. Do you now see why we need sweeping change in 2011? PU
