This is a good advice. Dust will rise actually but his mum will be surrounded and supported if there is need for that.
If there is no dad, her eldest brother is the right person.
Then, he should talk to his dad like a man without fear face to face outside the home so his mum or others will not know what's going on.
Don't ever water it down. Make sure u talk to your dad so he will know u are aware. If it's me, I will threaten him with this.
I will also threaten the aunt. She will never step feet in our house again till she dies. Rise up and fight for your mum without her knowledge. U will reap the reward in the future and your conscience will be free.
