Am having a real bad issue with my almost 3 years old dog
The thing doesn't let me wash all part of his body.
I don't know if any of u are or have experienced this type if tin and can help me with some ways to stop this.

The issue here is that he only let's me bath him and for the past two years now it has not been an issue but not to long ago since I came back from school for the holidays he now keep to himself though he plays very well with everyone excluding strangers but he is now strangely reserved like he feels threatened sometimes and he will just find a place quiet and cool and go and sleep but that is also not a thing to worry about but am suspecting all this is connected to him not letting me bath all part of his body.
Almost all the time I try to wash his hind foot he graws and tries to attack me same goes to his upper foots and his chest this is giving me serious issue cause those part of his body are really dirty and although I try to wash it lightly and gently the dirt doesn't come off. I just bathed him cause I want to take him out but he is in no good looking condition to go out and that bugs me out.
Also ones u remove his collar it will take ages and tactics to put it back because he won't let u put it back also he doesn't let u put his mouth guard on him though he never used to where it right from birth but ones we started noticing this aggressive behavior we got one and that turned out to be a waste of money cause he won't let u put it on him and he is ready to attack anyone that dares
Pls any solution to this would really be appreciated cause I will be going back to school and since am the only one that baths him I need to make him look good for a while as I will be in school and its only when I come back from school that I can wash him again + my mum is threatening to sell him to a calabar man so he can kill and eat him which I won't want cause its my dog and I am in no stable condition to take him to school due to some factors plus his aggression so I keep him at home where he gets the most attention

That's gonna be more than impossible for me I have hard this dog for close to three yrs and he has been very loyal and loving its gonna be very hard to let him go if not impossible

Dude, first things first, when was the last time you gave your dog an antirabies shot? These could be the first signs that your dog is getting rabid.

Secondly, you may want to check under his fur to see if he has some skin infection or injury, leading to the aversion to water.

How often does he go outside the gate or mix with other 'local' dogs unchecked?

Last last, my gut tells me your dog may be showing signs of being rabid.

Hmmm
He is more than up to date with his rabies shot
He never mixes with local dogs any time he sees one he gets alert and on command attacks
And the only time he leaves home is when am taking the dog out
The vet is coming next week Saturday to deworm him plus give him his rabies shot this year and other vaccines
He has no wound on him last one that happened to him we treated it fine and it healed
And the dog is not getting rabid and has never been right from the time we got him all important vaccines was given to him so I doubt its a case of rabies he gets his 3 months check from the vet each yr

Pls what I noticed is that it could be from the dogs behaviour and stubbornness and I need an opinion from someone that trains dog though his training has gone quite OK since this new development I can't handle

Pls if any of u can help me with tips on how to get him to stop it would be very well appreciated

exactly. Take that dog to a vet. He has serious skin infections in those areas he doesn't let u touch
