It is a big lie. One Isreali Hareetz newspaper newsman reported that 30 dead US soldiers were brought to a Hospital in Isreal and others including some120 injured soldiers were taken to Jordan. He tweeted the news and Twitter quickly closed his account on the very day of the attack
