Vacant position: Senior Sales Consultant

Location: Berger/Ikeja, Lagos

Minimum Qualification: HND or Bachelor's Degree

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a results-driven financial sales representative/consultants to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities:

1. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
4. Reach out to customer leads through walk ins, online and referral
5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
7. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
8. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
9. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
10. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
11. Continuously improve through feedback
12. Manage each customer financial sustainability and account activities

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a sales consultant/representative
2. Excellent knowledge of Computer/Internet
3. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
4. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
5. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
6. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
7. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
8. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
9. HND, BS/BA degree or equivalent
10. Minimum of 5 years experience in Financial planning, management, Sales and marketing

Salary Range:

NGN100,000 – N250,000 monthly
