http://lagosstate.gov.ng/blog/2020/01/27/lagos-bans-okada-tricycles-in-15-local-councils/ it started from fashola. he banned okada from operating in some major roads to pave way for BRT. ambode came, he tried to ban danfo to pave way for the same BRT, though he failed. now sanwolu has issued a ban on okaka including Keke napep on the remaining roads and local governments which is more like a total ban of okada in the whole state. sanwolu's reason for banning is not yet known. weda it's for BRT sake, but we will soon get to know when time come. |
