Mine is showing me pending approval since January 24 I paid the 30,000 for a 1m shares company.
Any idea of how long this will take so I can proceed?

It should be a week. How many share holders did you have to submit for the registration?

I submitted two shareholders. 25% shares each each

Been trying online for a long time it doesn't go. How they do it and it goes means there's a portal that isn't portal for swift transmission

If you are not knowledgable about the whole process, you are supposed to ask questions for guidance or give it to professionals for proper registration. There is nothing like bribing, the agency is as upright as it can be presently. Just know what you are doing.

Hello, you don't need to know or pay bribe to get company registered online.

I have done about 7 registrations within a week, 2 Incorporated trustees. I guess there is something wrong somewhere in your registration.

If you can share your login details with me, let me help you check it and help rectify it for a FEE and I can as well help you pick it and send it to you wherever you are in Nigeria.

Ah probably there is a problem. All the company I filed for registration in January have been given certificates. Have you gone to complain at CAC office about it?

the site says it's down but I was able to login into my portal today. Why not give it to an accredited agent like us to do it for you?

Having similar issues. Were you able to rectify it?

Am having this issue right now. for about a week now.I don't know what is happening.

@Virtual7, First and foremost you are not not suppose to pay that amount for 1million Share capitaI. I am a corporate lawyer ans accredited CAC Agent so I am giving you verified information. The issue you are having is the wrong method you followed else regisration with cac is a seamless process. I can assist you to resolve it.

As long as you have not uploaded your documents, the status will be shown as pending an if your process is queried as well, your querry will be sent to you to resolve

I am facing the same issue right now. The painful part I sthat I don't even have the money but I managed to pay it because I need the certificate urgently

I formed some Ltd companies online recently (May 2021) and it took about a month. The name search was approved within 24 hours and then it moved to pending. They had 2 queries and company was approved/incorporated and certificate issued within within a day of answering their query. All done online and no contact with any person. They are a bit slow, just be patient. They hardly respond to emails and all their lines are never answered.
