Being a businessman myself, I can say that tips from this post is almost perfect. Almost, because main requirement is productivity. You need to show an employer that you know how to work with schedule and manage your time. I use a special employee schedule template for all of my employees. And only those, who can stand it, gets job in my company. I pay a good salary to my people. That's why I'm so exacting. Do your job in time or GTFO. That's all.

I agree with you about time management and schedule. It is important.
