Your cousin is smoking CRACK, Crack is one of the most addictive drugs in the world. Now we don’t know if his a crack head yet but I hope his not cause it will take God’s grace and very good rehabilitation to get him back to normal. Yes crack messes up the brain cells and an addicted crack head can spend 10M in a month without been able to account how he spent it. My best friend who is now my ex friend got himself into it, I remember how he used to spend 40k every night just to buy crack, growing up he was a very handsome guy and even if he had some bad character stealing was never his thing, last time I saw him he was looking so unkept scammed a bike man 1500 and stole my Bluetooth speaker which he probably would have just dropped at the crack house to take crack, In most crack house you can drop whatever valuable items you have for maybe half of the worth for crack so OP be on the watch out for your valuables at home. Reading from your write up I don’t think his a CRACKHEAD yet though but he will be eventually if he doesn’t put an end to the lifestyle

The main issue about mental health issues (addiction being one) is that for one to be okay, they have to have an insight into their problem. They MUST know they have a problem and MUST WANT to get better
Talk to him
I think he is still a user and not yet very addicted. This is because an addict becomes a horror, and almost inhuman in thoughts and all
Would lie, steal, rape, prostitute or even kill to get a fix. As it is now, he is borrowing. He can be helped more easily
Best bet is talk about it with him. If he agrees he has a problem, half of it is solved. In that case, he is likely to still be a user, albeit a heavy one (cue the personal bung). If he lies despite all the evidence, just know addiction is very likely

Google crack, heroin or meth addiction and you guys read it and go from there. Also search YouTube with him, “how to get over eg heroin addiction” He must see a psychiatrist/psychologist
He must have a support group to help him beat this (not just you, tell 3/4 other people who you are sure love him too.
