BREAKING: Supreme Court Adjourns Hearing Of Ihedioha’s Application To March 2 by Nobody: 10:18am On Feb 18, 2020
The Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing till March 2 this year in the application by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and sacked Imo State Governor, Emeka Ihedioha.

The PDP and Ihedioha are, by the application, praying the court to, among others, reverse its judgment on January 14 this year, which sacked Ihedioha and replaced him with Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

At the mention of the case on Tuesday, Ihedioha’s lead lawyer, Kanu Agabi sought for time to enable parties to file the necessary papers, a request other lawyers in the case did not object to.

A seven-man panel of the Supreme Court, led by the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Ibrahim Muhammad, in a brief ruling, grant the request for an adjournment and adjourned till March 2, 2020.

Details shortly.

Didn't you read in the news article that it was Ihedioha and PDP lawyer Kanu Agabi that asked for the adjournment?

Don't mind him. He is just postponing the evil day. If he wants let him file 100 papers all of them will be thrown out at the end of the day cos the supreme court cannot re-litigate.

What are you adjourning Biko nu?

Solve the problem once and for all...so that uzodinma can start working for the people of imo.

What manner of incompetence is this? PDP is utterly clueless, looking for a way to delay and distract Hope uzodinma..

I dey tell you............ Like Clevite said in other thread and i quote verbatim " Now they realize they need to file more documentary evidence; the documents they didn't know they should have filed from the inception of the case from Tribunal till it was finally determined at the Supreme Court. A case of systematic re-litigating of the case in the guise of a review.

Now they realise they need to file more documentary evidence; the documents the didn't know they should have filed from the inception of the case from Tribunal till it was finally determined at the Supreme Court. What they failed to do at the hearing to properly defend the petitioner's case against them, they are just awake trying to do. A case of systematic re-litigating of the case in the guise of a review.
