I Dont know about the East but in Lagos the major place is along the Oshodi-apapa expressway. Though it will be cheaper compared to the east but confirm prices in the east i would do my homework here of the difference isn't up to 200-300k then it's better you buy there.

yes sir i am. i saw some along the expressway yday as i was walking up and down like Somalian refugee looking for a car for a client but didn't price them because i have never had someone ask me for them b4. the ones i saw was Benz but i dont know the model ooooooo because i am not familiar with their kind and cost

Those might be too expensive. But a serious approach and buyer can bit it down . Some of those trucks have been parked for years
