Good Day All,
I am presently studying in Ukraine and in my final year studying computer engineering . I need information on Universities that do not require TOEFL result for Masters program or better still schools that require a minimum of 80 in the TOEFL test . The Masters program i would like to apply for should be anything related to Information Technology ,Network Security or any computer network related course

how is schooling in Ukraine. My brother is looking for a place with low school fees where he can study and work to supplement. Can you helpp please.
As for masters, I only know UK schools do not need TOEFL in as much as u schoole din Nigeria, I really dont knw about ppl from Ukraine.

Honestly schooling in Ukraine is cheap and there is no work at all in Ukraine for student . Except selling head warmers and winter jackets in the markets .
As for standard of education . I don't know until we reach the labor market . You could apply to tuition free countries like norway, finland , austria . or better still apply to German universities .their maximum tuition fee is 500 euro for what ever field of study if am correct .

Honestly if i know the information i know now i wont be here. I mean Ukraine . I would advice you go to a European union country to study
