So, it was Buhari that told Makinde to hold a reunion rally in Ibadan with all the threat of a global pandemic all around us?

Some of the musicians that performed during that rally were returnees. Taye Currency, for instance, just returned from America, a high-risk country.

Kemi Olunloyo has also written that the Ibadan index case had a contact among those that attended the rally.

How can a governor be so irresponsible, and yet you still want to put all the blames on the president.
