The term came into use in the 20th century. A necklace is an article of jewellery that is worn around the neck. Necklaces can be short or long, you go for either one with respect to your preference and your attire.

They can be paired with pendants and lockets. Necklaces are adopted by early civilizations around the world. These are believed to be as old as 40,000 years. Jewelry with gemstones was first used by the Romans during the first century. Later on, it became a trend for women to wear many necklaces at once until its use waned. The oldest forms of the necklace are made from shells, teeth or bone beads, bird feathers, carved wood, seeds, stones and other artful natural elements found in the environment. 3. Sunglasses (Shades)
The look sunglasses give is one that you should try out, it has a way of changing a person’s look. Sunglasses are protective eyewear meant to shield eyes from damaging ultraviolet (UV) rays. They can sometimes also function as a visual aid, as variously termed spectacles or glasses exist, featuring lenses that are colored, polarized or darkened. Fashion trends can be another reason for wearing sunglasses, particularly designer sunglasses from high-end fashion brands and for some a must-wear anytime they visit the beach. As something that covers a major part of your face, attending to the choice of this accessory with a little more deliberation can make a whole lot of style sense.

4. Wrist Watches
A wristwatch does not only tell you the idea of the time, but it’s also a fashion accessory. It is designed to keep a consistent movement despite the motions caused by the person’s activities. Modern watches often display the day, date, month and year. For mechanical watches, various extra features called “complications”, such as moon-phase displays and the different types of tourbillon, are sometimes included. Most electronic quartz watches, on the other hand, include time-related features such as timers, chronographs and alarm functions. Furthermore, some modern smartwatches even incorporate calculators, and Bluetooth technology, or have heart-rate monitoring capabilities, and some of them use radio clock technology to regularly correct the time. Its prices differ and these are dependent on the brand and cost of production. A wristwatch is a great enhancement to one’s fashion.

6. Handbags
It’s a known fact that a handbag has its own ways of completing one’s outfit. The absence of a handbag sometimes gives you the “something is incomplete /missing’’ feeling. Handbags come in different colors, shapes and brands with varying prices also. At times most ladies like matching color for their handbag and their shoes.

7. Belt
No one wants a denim jean dripping off her waist hence, the need for every lady to own at least one belt becomes important. A belt is an accessory you wear around your waist; it helps to tighten the waistband of the garment you are wearing along with it and keep it in place, almost holding it up.
