But I don't have the power of attorney over it as I'm not the only agent in-charge of marketing it.

Registered survey was on her nine plot, and it goes for 2.5M asking

You can get at Imota IKorodu (Beside Yaba Tech, NUT cooperative Estate, Fadayin Church). It is #900k per plot. Alternatively, you can get at Ibeju Lekki, Phase 2 (Ilamija Town, Elerangbe). It is currently #1.6Million, at promo price. I know it stretches a bit beyond your budget, but given that it is originally #2.2 Million.
