Good day guys, hope we are all staying safe during this lockdown.
I have been in a situation when I find it hard to forgive people who were so dear to my heart hurt me, even thou I promised myself that I would forgive wholeheartedly but later on when I remember the pain they caused me thereby I start feeling bad whenever I remember them all over again.
Have anyone been in this kind of situation and how did you overcome it.

It's very normal, what you feel is natural, the hurt and pain from loved ones are difficult to get over, even though you have forgiven them.
Try as much as possible to relive those memories only as lessons learnt and don't allow yourself hurt so much.

just because you forgive someone that doesnt mean you should FORGET what they did... its good that you remember what they did and take measures to makes sure they never do it again...

Eventually, those bitterness will kill you fast if you don't let go.... So you can't forgive your mom, your dad or your siblings too when they hurt you

How do you plan to cope with your partner because he will always hurt you so hard.... Humans ain't perfect... People will hurt us, but we have to forgive and let go of the pain and never allowing it to hurt the present...

We have the past as memories only to change the present and future, no one goes back in time.....

My dear, see how it keeps disturbing your heart, that's how the torment will continue until you make peace with those that offend you or those you offended too...
