Please, do you know if they are currently accepting hard copy CVs from fresh graduates?

i had my medical test on the 21th of may,but have not received any letter.i had the test in lagos.waz ur notification through sms.though the doctor called me for another test telling me that i am hepatitis B positive.should that affect the employment?i guess i dont get it.
