I will just go straight to the point, i don't really know what is going on in my digestive system, if am constipated, i won't feel any abdominal pain, but whenever i find a way to purge my system, i will start having abdominal pain, ieither so i find it difficult to pass poo, i have used agbo jedi,yoyo bitter, drank water, enough of water, but no changes, this was going on for some days, then i decided to go online for herbal solution and i came across Rizu and yoyo bitters, but my options were limited due to the lockdown, but i was able to get a Yoyo bitter, which i started taking, after 2 days i was able to have a bowel movement, then the stabbing abdominal pain came back. I have done scan. No blockage. Please has anyone experienced this Please

I was typhoid symptoms, so i went for test, it showed typhoid and i treated it, because the whole symptoms were of typhoid, headache and fever, then constipation started few days after i treated typhoid.

A day will come and you will rush to the toilet and you will blast out every damn nuisance out from your body. So just chill.

Take alot of oranges and drink plenty watet. Avoid flour based foods such as bread and starchy like eba.

Any abdominal pain?
Any abdominal swelling?
Any vomiting?
What about fever?

What's your age?(well faecal impaction tend to be commoner in the elderly)
Have u been eating anything at all?
What's your fluid intake like?
Have you tried increasing your fluid intake?
Do you take lots of fruits? Eg orange, banana or pawpaw? What about salads with lots of cabbage.
Have you tried vegetables?
Have you tried diary products?


What about an abdominal USS or Xray?
