From my experience, it was quite difficult for me throughout school to keep fit because even though I got proper treatment, I still fell ill after a short while due to 1. Stress 2. Not eating well 3. Mosquitoes everywhere that I couldn't control 4.Very bad water that I had to money to keep away from.
At at point, some friends said it had to be spiritual(LOL). but I realised, it was not.
My advise is that you get immune--boosting drugs and take aside treating the malaria and/or typhoid. It will help.
The Nigerian School environment (esp the public schools) is quite terrible. U have to manage your health until you get out of that place. Cheers bro.

Go to a Teaching Hospital for proper assessment. The two complaints: head ache and fainting is not enough for anyone to make an impression.
