The goal of every employee is to provide for their essential needs without financial stress. To do this employee need the income that is bigger than their bills. But employees earn income by trading their time for money. Since there are only 24 hours in a day and less than 50 work hours in a week, employee’s income cannot exceed a certain amount. To make the most money out of their day, employees must sacrifice time from other important areas of their lives. They sacrifice time for family, important relationships and spiritual connections. They even sacrifice time for their health. But no matter what employees do they can at best create temporary and fragile wealth. Rich employees are hard to find in the world. A rich employee is someone who has an abundant supply of financial resources. These resources are not borrowed, loaned or temporary. A rich employee is that person that has control over their money. They can decide how much they want to earn, how long they want to keep earning and when to earn their money. These kinds of employees do not exist in the world. I searched everywhere for them. I went as far back as six thousand years ago devouring every useful material I could find on money and wealth. I turned to the Forbes 400 Rich List. I searched Page by page across many editions looking for that one employee that could prove me wrong. But I was right. Employees with enormous amount of sustainable wealth do not exist in the world. All I could find were employees decorated in the riches of their employers. They go on trips their money cannot afford. They drive cars that are way beyond their budget and stay in houses built on borrowed money. Although these employees look rich on the outside, their wealth will disappear in retirement. It will disappear when the paycheck and borrowed wealth is all gone. It is at this point that you see the weakness in employee’s income. If they have any money at all at this stage, it is the downgraded income from pensions and the infrequent income they get from their fragile investments. This is the sad ending of remaining in a 9 to 5 job. But why I asked? Why is true wealth and riches out of the reach of hard-working employees? I found the answer and it is simple.
The role of a job is not to make employees rich. True riches come when a person can serve more than one person at a time. The person with this kind of capacity is the employer. Employers can serve more than one person at the same time. As the number of people, they serve increases, their time becomes limited. Employers then look for people who are willing to exchange their time for money and buy additional time. Because money can be replaced and is in abundant supply, employers can buy as much of other people’s time as they want. The more time they buy, the more people they serve and the more money they make. It is the ability of employers to extend their time beyond 24hours and serve many people at a time that makes them rich. Employees are different. They offer their limited time in exchange for money and can only serve one employer at a time. When employees serve their employers in ways that please them, they earn more income otherwise they stagnant. It is the inability of employees to extend their time beyond 24 hours and increase the number of employers they can serve that keeps them small. If they create any riches at all it is weak and reversible.
So what can employees do to create the riches of their dreams?
Employees can do two things. The first thing employees must do is to create a replacement for salary. The second thing employees can do is to exit the corporate world. If employees must create the kind of wealth that brings permanent riches into their lives, they must move from the corporate world into the business world. The business world is where all the billionaires are made. This is the only way employees can create the wealth of their dreams.
So should employees just get up and leave?
The answer is a definite No. Thousands of employees have left their jobs this way only to crawl back begging to have their jobs back. If employees do not want to face financial hardship after exit, they must exit with an exit plan. An exit plan is a plan that shows employees exactly what to do before exit and how to succeed in the business world. Employees must take strategic steps to leapfrog years of trial and error if they must succeed in the business world. Without an exit plan, it is hard for employees to detach themselves from salary or develop the confidence to leave the corporate world.
So how can employees get this plan?
Employees can get this plan when they work with an exit expert. The goal of the exit expert is to guide employees through a series of organized action steps until the exit process is complete. Once the exit process is complete employees can then launch into the business world with the security of a proven business idea and a line of customers waiting to do business with them.
Kissing corporate life goodbye requires planning and certain organized actions to make it work. Remaining in the corporate will limit your chances of becoming rich. Even when you climb the corporate ladder you will at best create temporary and fragile riches. If you want to create lasting and true wealth you must exit with a plan and succeed in the business world. To Learn More Click Here

What you realise at the end of the day, week, or month determines your wealth. If you work 9 - 5 in a company that pays you high per seconds, minutes, hours, day, week, or month, well you might end up wealthy. The problem is, there are few companies that pay high.

The point is, everyone with great ideas to make money is already rich. When the idea materialises, it transcends to wealth.

Your best boss is you. Only you can pay you what no one will.

no person in their right mind should leave their 9 to 5 unless they have an already well paying well oiled hustle THAT REQUIRE THEIR PRESENCES, and even at that, you can still keep working... turning down your 9 to 5 because you suddenly are making a lil change is stoopid. many dont even have a clue how to run a biz, let alone keep it afloat, and within a year they close shop and will be right back to the bottom desperately looking for a job.

many dont understand the value of having a job, until its gone
many dont understand what it takes to run your own biz until its too late
many believe a good idea is all it takes, and as much as it may have been for some, it aint a general rule.

Preach please and you can also be rich in a 9 to 5 job. Sheryl Sandberg got rich off Facebook. Sundar pinchai got rich off Google. Job get levels and business get levels. Some jobs can pay you 2 million naira salary in a month. How many businesses in Nigeria turn a profit of 2 million monthly. Net profit that is.
