The man that gave my community electricity as back as the 90s wasn’t a wealthy man. He was just a regional manager for Nepa and he used that light for years without payment because the community contributed funds to bring the light to the town. He is now retired and gave jobs to many people from the town ... he has not done anything out of the ordinary for his people
