Chelsea have been given a huge boost ahead of the restart of the Premier league as N'Golo Kante returned to full training today.

Frank Lampard, for the first time since clubs were given permission to return to group training had the services of Kante at his disposal.

The Frenchman initially chose to sit-out group training due to health concerns which Lampard and Chelsea were made aware of.

Kante instead decided to train alone at home, and his decision was well backed by the manager.

Frank Lampard admitted that the midfielder would be allowed to miss the rest of the season if he doesn't feel safe to return to group training.
