Who are the 3 guys that have been screened in the PDP? What is their pedigree compared to an Obaseki who has been tested and at least proven ok by the Nigerian standard for politicians.

Do you realize of all the politicians currently available for the Edo seat. Obaseki is the only technocrati amongst them, the others are rogues and chop-i-chop politicians with nothing good to offer Edo people.

Please let Edo people decide fully for themselves. It is not a matter of being a slave (slave to who really?) to another. Obaseki has strutures and the apparatus of the State unlike the others and he still wields the power of incumbency at least till November. 3. Deadline for purchase of forms is long overdue.

4. Screening dates have passed and aspirants have been screened in preparation for the primaries.

5. Party members have served the party for 4 years while Obaseki was at APC enjoying the power handed him in a platter by Oshiomole.

Then all of a sudden PDP brings back Obaseki and give a him the ticket all in the name of a waiver!

Everything you've written up there did not answer a single question I asked. Politics is a game of strategy as well as of numbers. If you know the level of hatred Edo people have had for the PDP since the days of Lucky Igbinedion. You'd quickly throw away that blackmailing philosophy of yours into the gutters.

I'm telling you right now that the only consideration the Edo people might have for the PDP coming back to power in the state is an Obaseki candidacy.
