why is it hard for you to understand the concept of "entry level smartphone". 1GB RAM when optimised on an Android Go phone is capable of handling all basic tasks and as long as it's not used for gaming it will be just fine. Even that 2800mah battery can last all day long.

Now let me tell you something. I bought tecno pop 2 for my mum because she doesn't want me to purchase online and that's what I have around me. My bro is using nokia 2.1. Both phones are 1gb ram and 8gb rom, my mum's phone is always displaying storage full even though I have moved all the media to her memory card and I have to repeat that process weekly so she can use her phone. Mind you the only app she installed herself is WhatsApp and zenith but still always displaying storage full. Now my brother's nokia have gta sa and so many other apps he installed but with few media because he doesn't have a memory card, why is tecno 8gb always full with factory apps and os but nokia minimised theirs? Now don't even compare the camera because the tecno picture quality started dropping and the I didn't notice any in the Nokia. Now for the phone optimisation the true meaning of hang is found in that pop 2. To cut the long story short he's phone is way faster than hot 6 of 2gb ram. I haven't used the c2 pasay but from all I have seen I'll pick nokia even in a dream.

I share same sentiment, even with the unisoc chipset I would pick the Nokia C2 over tecno pop 2 anyday anytime.

As usual, Nigerians are taking for granted. There is Nokia 1.3 released before this one, it is a better device with similar specs but snapdragon chipset, a water drop display, better battery and OTG function, but I wonder why Nokia has not introduced it to Nigeria market.

Hmmm. I think we are the ones allowing them. Take India for example, no one will buy your trash if you don't step up. Before I purchase a device I compare until I am convinced I won't regret buying the device

That chips is only for making calls and nothing tangible can be done on that phone.

people do mistake every phone users to be a gamer, not everybody plays game with their phones but some do really tasking stuff with their phones. This chips can't do those task, it cant even open dwg files with simple design on it.
