Latest Arsenal news includes fan reaction to confirmation that David Luiz and Cedric Soares have signed one and four-year deals respectively at the Emirates Stadium.

This is in relation to the Gunners suffering back-to-back defeats since the Premier League season restarted as well as confirming new contracts for David Luiz and Cedric Soares.

And the fact that Luiz has earned a new deal despite all his mistakes this season coupled with a four-year deal for Cedric who hasn't played a single minute for the club, has made the north London outfit quite the laughing stock.

These decisions have led to some rival fans giving Arsenal a new nickname on social media - 'Banter FC' - which has been adopted by some Liverpool, Man United and Chelsea supporters who are enjoying a laugh at the Gunners' expense.
