Your options are so many. You can study any social science course (Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, etc.) if you don't want to study a science course considering you are pressed for time and may not be opportune to attend lab sessions because of work.

I don't see anything wrong with your result. You can actually study anything with your result and yes including medicine!. During your POST UTME or clearance or whatever, all you need is at least 5 credits in Mathematics, English, chemistry, Biology, physics which you have already from your result.
