! I am having fits of homicidal rage. I have never experienced such rage in my life. There is reason but can't talk about it here. I just need help on how to calm down before I craze or do something rash . Your suggestions plsssssss |

You should rather work on your temperament.. You need to be silence and probably work away from issues at the very beginning to avoid more squabble that could lead to loosing yourself. Because, A typical Nigerian police officer no get correct head oh..... Do not lead yourself to troubles.. |
