Or wait, I think there is yet another better question: how did they mobilize distribution of RAW CASH to 428,941 Nigerians in "24 different states" in less than a month ? I'm not forcing anyone to support or object, that's your choice. My aim is to state the facts and let the audience decide whether or not these things are not worth the slightest outrage and action for probe and indictment. Or maybe they should stay covered below the carpet they have been swept under and everyone maintains the status quo and hush up about it. I guess for some people on the Asari thread, this is how things should be. Let's probe, indict and recommend the NDDC be scrapped while the biggest thieves in Abuja are the sacred untouchables that nobody must call into accountability.
