Is there anyone in the house who knows a good Mitsuibishi L300 mechanic and AC technician in Lagos?

The bus looses water and over heats every two days, I have changed practically all the AC components without luck

You should be looking at your cooling system, i.e radiator, hoses, water pump, and in your case look inside your engine oil for a blown head gasket.
try it in the morning look for sign of water in engine oil, if none trace drips of water on floor.
You should have coolant in your system not water.
