Microsoft Outlook is a very good program to use to use Email. We are going to discuss if you are setting up your email Account on Outlook and its giving you problems.

If it is not working automatically then we will have to do it manually using Advanced Settings.

You Need to use advanced setup to add a POP or IMAP account in Outlook (Windows)
To enter specific values for incoming and outgoing server names, SSL settings, or port numbers, you can use Outlook’s advanced setup option. You need to use those instruction to add a POP or IMAP Account.

Firstly, Under Outlook click on File > Add Account
Then Put Your Email and click on Advance Option, Now click on Let me set up my account manually, Click Connect.

Select your account Type, Usually People have IMAP So, Click on IMAP
You will see account setting which already will have the info in that, simply click Next
Since you have setup the account so far so, just put in your password and Click Connect.
For setting up third party MAPI Email in Outlook do Advance Setup
If You have a Third-party MAPI service Provider. You will have to download, and setup MAPI Email providers application as suggested by the service provider of your Email.

You will have to click on Outlook, Click File > Add Account
Then Put Your Email and click on Advance Option, Now click on Let me set up my account manually, Click Connect.

On this screen in Advanced Setup you must Click Other.
Now, From the list You need to Select the type of the server to connect to.
Simply Click Connect.
So, now the third-party MAPI provider application should launch as it is setup on your PC.
Finish the setup by following the instruction of service provider instruction. (As different service provider has different options)
