A Nigerian Man in Owerri, Imo State Nigeria recently crawled on mud water to propose to his girlfriend, and she didn't accept. The devastated man went on the floor and begged her to accept his proposal but she bluntly refused. The Anonymous personality who shared the video sent this, "I witnessed it live.
