How is the day? Cool right? Ok to business. I chatted with my girlfriend recently and in the midst of conversation i told her that my mum is the best woman in my life and she instantly freaked out. What could i have said. Should i have lied?
What do you think friends?

There's nothing to think jare . .sooner or later she'll get used to it.

Some girls consciously or sub-consciously feel or want to be the no 1 in their man's life and when told otherwise, they freak out.

Its not selfishness, its more of innocent, sweet jealousy . . she loves you and wants to be your first and foremost.

With time, she wouldn't take it to heart as such, if she does then make her understand that she should either accept it or forget it - - but that doesn't mean you'll neglect your wife oo or let your wife down, just love and be fair to both

I guess you were a bit tactless to have told her that, true as it may be. No woman want's to play second fiddle. Next time just be diplomatic.

The love u have for your mother and ur wife are 2 different things, and besides u fit get another wife, but u no go fit get another mother!

so ppl need to be able to chill and accept their place in life, she might have had some family issues that may have made her not very close to her family, but she shouldnt put u in a difficult situation for it! If not, then i bet u, she doesnt love u and her dad/brother to same extent or in same way

Now if u had said that About a friend or an ex, i would call u heartless, PEOPLE NEED TO LIMIT THE SCOPE/BOUNDARIES OF THEIR JEALOUSY

There is no reason for you to lie to her about that. She should accept that your mum, the person who brought you into the world and raised you, is number one. If she does not and makes an issue out of it, threatening the relationship, let her go and keep it moving.
