Nairalander please kindly advise me on what to do I used zenith ATM card on a POS since July 15 2020, I was debited, yet POS prompt transaction error. I am yet to be refunded I went to bank to fill form, have visited different zenith bank to complain(more than 6 times). The only word the customer care told me was "its from the headquarter, we can only notify them again" Am tired, I even went to CBN branch here, they said they don't attend to complains Please advise me biko |
