After the Biafran war, the federal government promised a three R policy of reconciliation, reconstruction and rehabilitation for the Igbos, but that never happened. However, instead of whining about lack of federal presence, the Igbos rallied around themselves and took up the development of their various communities.

Na u alone in my area we bought NEPA poles cable and transformer still NEPA said is there property I paid for meter I have no right to remove it or say I fix anything inside them go come say I temper the property
