You have to be a critical, creative and deep thinker . You must be able to demonstrate that you can start an NGO. It is important that you are an effective relationship builder and have strong communication skills and good presentation skills particularly using graphic tools
Ability to work without supervision
Technical quality.
A good writer ( english language )
Understand or able to manage a web design and development
Imaginative and able to set up a Non-Governmental organisation
Write official letters,articles ,blogs etc
Must have at least a Bsc or similar qualifications
