Oh we Southerners

Why are we reluctant to come together and raise voice to demand accountability from our immediate local leaders

We turn the blind eye to Injustices, bad governance and mismanagement going on in our immediate environment but we are very quick and voiceferous to direct our demands at the Federal

I think it is said that charity begins at home

If we don't start this fight for change from the grassroots and amongst our immediate leaders at the local and state government

Then our shouts may pass off in vain

This Country Really Tire Me

It’s their lack of good understanding of the political process of Nigeria.

Think of Goodluck Jonathan at the early time of his presidency when he said that Nigeria did not require any political restructuring.

These southern people in the armed forces don’t understand the political process of Nigeria tilted heavily to the advantages of Northern Nigeria after northern military dictators proliferated too many states and local government areas in the northern region.

The northern military dictators discounted the fact that 3 regions - north, west and east- formed Nigeria in 1960.
There should have been equal number of states in the 3 regions. Land mass or population is never used as criterion to create new political units in a country formed by different regions.

You dont understand how this thing works!
The Northern elite are the ones who unleash these Killer SARS on Southerners.
They dare not do so in their own enclave because they know that their Youths are very violent and dont care about living.

Ask yourself: Why do we have forty (40) Customs Checkpoints between Lagos and Lokoja (halfway) and there is NONE between Lokoja and katsina in the extreme North? Is that Customs work is banned in the North or they dont smuggle in the North?

Indoctrination that goes on in the armed forces could make a policeman or soldier kill even his father in the name of protecting the status quo in Nigeria.

Hopefully, with what has been happening, these

Probably, but you don't have the statistics to support your point.....

Not supporting the killings, but if you watch the video, you will see that the soldiers were really provoked, doesn't warrant the killing though, they would have been disperse with tear gas or something..
