The service of an E-Business officer is needed in an MFB in Ikeja.

JD:
Support the smooth operation of electronic channels.
Daily monitoring of conflicts and their resolution.
Liaise with users to determine the business needs for automation.
Ensure adequate training is given to users for better understanding of system and process change.

REQUIREMENTS:
at least 1 to 2 years experience in similar function.
Ability to learn fast
Good customer relations skill.
