After six(6) months of inactivity by students in Nigeria, some executive members of the Federal University Otuoke took a trip to the school to discover that the environment has turned into a mighty river.
Also, a huge snake was killed at the faculty of management sciences Annex.

As much as I want to blame GEJ....the fact is, what is the vice chancellor, the governing board , the local government and the staate government doing about Otuoeke?

Bayelsa gets 13% deriviation on top of its monthly allocation. What is it doing with the money?

And what is the Ministry of Education doing too? The University falls under their diktat.

How about the construction company hired to build the buildings? Did they build the stuff well? Did they take into account the type of soil on the ground, the potential to flood, etc?

When things go wrong, it isn't all Abuja's fault. True governance involves a lot of people doing their jobs well...

Besides, lets also blame Bubu for doing nothing as well. (I have already menioned the Minister of Education).

You guys will call for restructuring and true federalisim one minute and call for Abuja to fix the leak in your bathroom the next
