Qualifications
1. Recent University graduate; or
No more than 3 years TOTAL of full-time formal working experience by the programme start date. (Internship, vac work, short duration contracts and does not apply
2. Minimum GPA (Gross Point Average) of 60% and above at university
By programme start completed bachelors’ degree (from a recognised tertiary institution) achieved within requisite timeframe
3. Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country for which application is being submitted
Geographical mobility – you should be willing to relocate throughout your career (a valid passport is required)
4. Fully proficient in English
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
6. Completed National Youth Service (NYC) by programme start

I have written the test as well but haven't heard anything since then. Please is there any other thread available to get info?

They sent a mail to me after the test informing me that they are still considering application entries and since the competition is much, they might not get back to everyone. However, if you don't hear from them by 20th, you should consider your application unsuccessful

Pls, I don't think they have a past question. They even discouraged people from taking screenshots of the online test page

I just applied today and the application was successful... so that means they are still taking entries

It's practical questions not the normal numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning we're used to. It's easy to pass though.

I mistakenly picked yes for the option of if the formal work experience is more than 3 years and submited the application. Went back to edit it to no.

I just tried taking the online test on the odessey portal but upon entering my details and all I got a feedback that my assessment has been completed and I’d get feedback in 24 hours.

I didn’t even freaking answer a single question on the assessment!!
Is this normal or am I alone??

solution: click on the assesssment link again but change the password there to yours.

Basic stuffs... It was quite simple... just basic things.. like rearranging words to form sentence, understanding and following a process line, basic maths, e.t.c... all in form of game

If you are successful in this, you will get an invite for another second stage assessment.

And after the 2nd assessment you will be asked to keep up until 20th of December. If nothing by then you should move on.
