There are 3 categories of Tax collectors in Nigeria:

1) Government
2) BokoHaram terrorists
3) Armed bandits

Nigerians pay taxes to BokoHaram terrorists to remain alive. Nigerians pay taxes to armed bandits to have access to their farmlands.

Under the watch of #TyrantBuhari, this is the massive and unprecedented insecurity in Nigeria. Kidnapping is today a million dollars industry. On daily basis, people are Kidnapped and their families sell their asset to raise money for ransom payment.

Yet, the extremely corrupt and ineffective service chiefs are still there. The lives of Citizens mean nothing to that bloodthirsty killer #TyrantBuhari.
