No country has a perfect law. If in a country you've been proscribed as a terrorist group, and you know you'd be seriously clamped down on by carrying out your activities, the best thing to do would be to restrategize,especially, if you lost over 3 million people from a totally avoidable conflict.
That is the difference between a wise leader and a foolish self-minded leader. There are ways to pursue this issue reasonably without unnecessary loss of lives and destruction of properties.
By the way,have you considered the fate of thousands of Igbos who have properties and investments outside Igboland, if Biafra were to come?

Having your mindset, they would have said, 'since our oppressors have shot at us and murdered us in cold-blood during our first non-violent demonstration, we had better go indoors, lock the door and forget the struggle'!

These are the irreducible facts that stare us in the face: all human beings are born free and have the freedoms of association, speech and right to self-determination!
