Pls three weeks ago I made an online purchase with konga, I pay online too. although the transaction was cancelled (thank God for that) and I requested for a payout of my money, until now am yet to received my money..I sent them a mail and there reply was that they have already sent the money to my bank account, then later I requested for my account statement ,yet still no transaction was made......what do I do? ..I need suggestion pls...I really need the money..

until now no reply ....pls mod help me move it to front page in order to get views...
