What ever agreement both parties had is in connection with payment for sex which is prostitution, and prostitution is an illegal act in Nigeria. whatever contract for sex they had, the court will declare it an illegal contract and therefore null and void ab initio. The lady does not have locus standi and the matter will be quashed in favor of the man.

As for the matter of false accusations, the man can sue her for, libel and slander, defamation of character and assassination of personality, emotional trauma and psychological distress caused by her actions.
