Please help! it seems uba wants to scam me

I used my Atm card to make Withdrawal using Fcmb ATM on the 2/12/2020.

I made the Withdrawal at about 03:26pm on the above date.

I made a withdrawal of #10,000 seven times at Fcmb atm in port harcourt, Rumuomasi. #70,000 was debited from my account
but What I received as cash from the Atm was #60,000.
The Atm Withdrawal was made with my Uba Atm card at Fcmb Atm.

I have complained severely to UBA customer care in Port harcourt, trans amadi branch /Online Customer care.

All I hear from your bank is, it will be reversed as quickly as possible and this is 23/12/2020, still my money has not been reversed.
Please somebody should help out on how to go about it.
