The wall of my building is wearing off. This unfortunate incidence is happening only to part of the wall that is closest to the ground. What should I do to remedy this situation? (See picture)

This happens to my house too. I intend to buy tiles to cover the bad spots. I hope the tiles will not fall off after sometime. |

Shellsploit:I don't know if any screeding was done by the contractor. My job is a very demanding one, I rarely had time to visit the construction site. Can anything be done to stop the building from further degenerating? |

Peak11: Not sure anything can be done. Maybe tiling that entire section of the house will solve it. Lets wait to hear more from the elders. |
