The wall of my building is wearing off. This unfortunate incidence is happening only to part of the wall that is closest to the ground. What should I do to remedy this situation? (See picture)

This happens to my house too. I intend to buy tiles to cover the bad spots. I hope the tiles will not fall off after sometime.

Did you screed the floor before setting blocks for foundation?

I don't know if any screeding was done by the contractor. My job is a very demanding one, I rarely had time to visit the construction site. Can anything be done to stop the building from further degenerating?

Not sure anything can be done. Maybe tiling that entire section of the house will solve it.

Lets wait to hear more from the elders.

it's caused by the absence of a German floor and waterproof membrane in the foundation.
