At the beginning of 2020, the project department formulated and implemented a strict epidemic prevention and control plan, and strengthened on-site epidemic prevention and control in various ways. Domestic employees communicated with the owner and all parties involved in the construction through video conferences, emails, and local employee management, and cooperated closely to carry out the design remotely. Review, business negotiation, project coordination and other work, project design, procurement, and construction are carried out in an orderly manner. In July of that year, the Shanxi Institute project team rushed to the site to promote the project construction. In October of that year, continuous typhoons and rains were encountered during the peak installation period of the project. The project department and the Thai consortium constructors worked together to scientifically improve the construction technology and rationally arrange the construction procedures to effectively reduce the adverse effects of typhoons and rain. In December of that year, the project department launched "labor competitions" and other activities to mobilize the enthusiasm of the on-site construction team, promote improvement through competition, and improve the management level of safety, efficiency and quality of the construction site. The implementation of these measures effectively guarantees the high-quality construction of the project.
