I guess you're on of those folks that are naturally slim, and no matter what you eat, you won't add weight. Well, be patient, you will add weight as you grow older and your metabolism slows down, making it easier to add weight. But if you want the immediate result, maybe you're an exception, that even as you grow and no matter what you eat, you will not add weight, then you have to begin eating a lot.

Especially foods that have high caloric density, such as pizzas, smoothies and juice, and make sure you top it off with desserts and starters like cakes. Also, you should eat a lot per portion, and frequently. The key is to try to squeeze in more calories into your body, just as you'll do the opposite if you're trying to loose weight. Eat a high carb-dense foods, and you will surely see changes.

If you want to drop weight in a month, as in, you really want to see your true beauty, physic, and sexy definition, then do the following. Mind you, it is a myth that going to the gym only makes you lose weight. Losing weight is all about your food, what goes into your body. To build muscle, go to the gym, but to lose weight, eat like a model.

Without further ado, here are the foods you need to eat, and to look good permanently, you need to adopt eating like this.

1. Stay away from beer, sodas (cola etc), refine carbs (Pizza, white bread, cookies, doughnuts etc).

2. Eat lots and lots of green vegetables (they are filler, and promotes satiety)

3. Do intermitted fasting (For example, do not eat after 8 pm, and eat only from 10 am the next morning). To give your body time to digest, before loading it with more foods again.

4. Drink lots of water. To help digestion, flush out toxic fluids and makes your skin smooth and fresh.

5. Incorporate progressive exercise (e.g try jumping rope, and if you do a hundred today, add ten more, and grow like that).


Of course, it is all about, moderation. You can still indulge in your favourite cookies, beer or sort, but it should be like once a week at least the next day, burn it off by doing the tough workout. Just be smart about it. It may seem hard in the beginning, but it gets better with time.
