Pls I need advice on how to manage my time! I seem to have a lot of activity , but no result! I am into IT which requires constant learning,, but I just do not seem to know where all my time goes!

I can't read, I can't even learn som new things fast, I cant do so many other things because My life seeems to be inblalanced. But I know this is the very beginning of an ineffective life, which is the last thing I want to be associated with!

Pls cld u wonderful people advice me with real life strategies to tackle this giant problem?
