Valentine’s Day, although meant to spread love can be very overwhelming for those going through tough heartbreaks or probably spent a good part of the year single. With people in relationships continually flaunting their partners and being totally sweet, you might feel left out because you are single.

Although you may feel you’re the only one without a partner, there are many others in the same situation as you. The best way to manage feelings of loneliness on this day involves shifting your focus and aiming to be happy with what you already have.
