Sometimes, I wander how Africa was before the Advent of western education...

Despite how educated, we claim to be, we are still behaving primitively.

The essence of education is to emphasize on the freedom of mankind from one sided sentiments and that's what the first world countries have been able to eliminate to a large extent.

However, my beloved Africa is still shallowing in mediocrity and hence their love for materialism keeps skyrocketing.

Education trains the mind to learn how to think but that is not the case with Africa. Rather it is all about the money for Africans not minding the dignity of people that are been trampled upon.

To make money is very easy if only you are educated.

My two cents

Formal, Informal or Non-formal education?

It's not bad to chase the bag but we can chase it better and easier with education.

You see that's our problem. We don't believe that we are educated, even the so called educated ones. We all live in self denial and fear.

Education helps to minimize our fears and helps to point manipulation in the right direction.

The question is, are Africans educated or they are half baked?

To be half baked is not better than not been educated at all... infact, it is worse.
